  • Reduced Energy Costs
    • EXCLU-SIEVE’s superior transfer efficiency reduces the amount of energy required to condition the outdoor air. Also, reduced supply and exhaust air pressure losses, associated with the new EXCLU-SIEVE media, conserves fan horsepower.
  • Better Environment Control
    • Eliminating excessive pressure loss through the heat wheel unit increases the flow of outdoor air. Improved recovery efficiency provides cooler air during the summer, and warmer, humidified air during the winter. This extends the capacity of the existing mechanical system which reduces hot and cold “dead” spots present in your facility.
  • Reduced Wear on Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, and Fans
    • Since EXCLU-SIEVE does most of the work, major mechanical equipment operates more efficiently under less stress and lasts longer.
  • More Antiseptic Environment
    • Reduced pressure loss through the EXCLU-SIEVE media increases the amount of outdoor air to the space. The precision sealing surface and selective desiccant coating reduces seal leakage and minimizes cross-contamination.

  • Odor-Free Environment
    • Increased system airflow eliminates dead spots where odors and contaminants stagnate. This is especially common in medical or research areas.
